With over 30 years in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Mikhail is a seasoned expert in non-life lines of business. His deep knowledge spans both facultative and treaty reinsurance, covering property, casualty, engineering, and specialty risks. Known for his strategic insight and technical precision, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and leader in the global market. His career reflects a passion for excellence, innovation, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

With more than 25 years of leadership in the global re/insurance sector, Tatjana is a visionary strategist known for blending technical precision with innovative thinking. Her journey began at Dunav Re in 1999, followed by reinsurance executive roles at Uniqa Insurance, AXA Insurance and later returning to Dunav Re as Executive Board Member (2015–2023), where she oversaw reinsurance, finance, risk management and corporate governance.

Tatjana’s impact spans more than 100 international reinsurance markets, where she’s led the development of forward-thinking solutions in reinsurance, retrocession and alternative risk transfer. Her work is grounded in cross-disciplinary excellence and driven by integrity, adaptability and a passion for lifelong learning.

In 2024, she joined SorS Academy as General Secretary and Organizational Board Member, championing human capital development in the CEE region through advanced insurance education and leadership training.

Tatjana is an economist by education, enriched with global certifications and training from leading reinsurers and consultancies. Fluent in English, Serbo-Croatian and Spanish she’s a dynamic communicator, mentor and changemaker dedicated to cultivating trust-based, growth-driven environments. Prakash Shimadry has a 24 year-experience in the Mauritius and international Financial Services industry. BSc (Econ) – Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK. Besides being a competent businessman and family man, he has a great sense of humor and will always make you smile.

Rinkesh is Math Re’s very own operations wizard. He brings his expertise in finance, purchasing, and client relationship management to ensure smooth flow of premiums and claims. He has worked with The Oberoi Beach Resort in Mauritius, Ned Star Gold Loan Pvt. Ltd., and Muthoot Finance Ltd., building a reputation for reliability and attention to detail. Dedicated and adaptable, he thrives in dynamic environments where precision and client satisfaction are key.

Rinkesh holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. He is passionate about sports, loves exploring new placesand is an enthusiastic home chef experimenting in the kitchen.

Ashvin has a 23 year-experience in the Mauritius and international Financial Services industry. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. MBA(Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, UK.One of the most competent and hard-working multi-taskers you will find anywhere. In his busy schedule as a great businessman and even between family man, he is always willing to go out of his way and help.

Graduated from Fox School of Business – Temple University, Philadelphia in 2010 with dual majors – Actuarial Science and Risk Management & Insurance.

He started his career as an Actuarial Analyst at Towers Watson, Washington D.C. and spent the last 10 years in the Indian Broking Industry, servicing several large accounts for Domestic and International cedants. He is proficient at placement of both – Treaty and Facultative risks with a strong network of reputed securities based in the Asian, European and African regions.

Prathamesh is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys long walks at the park with his pet Beagle. He is also an avid connoisseur of performing arts.
